Who is eligible to participate in a Lifeshape® project?


Support Center full-time staff

Spouse of Operator or Support Center full-time staff: only on a few select projects

Senior level restaurant manager/director: only on select projects, recommendation by Operator required

Guests: at the invitation of Lifeshape®, the Project Leader, or a project participant

How much does it cost?

Participant fees are based on the Tier level that a particular project is in as well as an individual’s position or relationship in the company. Tier levels are determined by the price range of each project. Lifeshape® underwrites up to 2/3 of the total project cost for Operators and Support Center Staff.

Where does Lifeshape® serve?

How long are projects?

Projects are typically 4-10 days long including travel time.

How do I apply?

Is there a required deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of $300 deposit is required from all approved project participants.

How can I make payments?

Payments can be made online through our participant portal with a credit or debit card, or by mailing a check to: Lifeshape, Inc. Attn: Jason Kise, 5200 Buffington Rd, Atlanta, GA 30349.

Are immunizations required?

Lifeshape® does not require participants to receive vaccinations or medications in order to participate in a project. However, we highly encourage you to consult your physician regarding any medical questions or concerns. You may also visit the CDC website for additional information at http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/list. There are some countries that require certain vaccinations prior to entry.

Who are project leaders?

Project leaders are Support Center Staff and Operators who have served with Lifeshape® previously and who have been trained to lead by Lifeshape® Staff.

Do I need a passport?

Yes, when travelling outside of the U.S. you need to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond project return date. You may apply for a new passport or renew a passport by clicking here.
